Build the Engineers Who'll Build the Future

We're a small engineering team running two practices under one roof — robotics, IoT, AI, and embedded technology solutions for industry, and the labs and training that teach students to build the same things. If that split sounds interesting, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'd Actually Be Doing

No make-work, no "innovation theater" — the projects here are the same ones our clients and lab partners are relying on.

01

Real Engineering, Not Simulations

Every project ships to an actual client, school, or college — nothing here is a portfolio exercise.

02

Two Practices, One Team

Work touches both sides of the business — product engineering for industry, and the labs and curriculum that teach it.

03

Our Own R&D Lab

Access to in-house robotics, IoT, drone, and AI & ML equipment to prototype on, not just spec sheets.

04

Direct Industry Exposure

You'll sit in on the same client and institutional conversations that shape what gets built next.

Frequently Asked

Do you hire freshers and recent graduates?

Yes — several of our engineers started as interns or freshers. We care more about hands-on ability than years of experience.

Is remote work available?

Most roles are lab- and hardware-based, so they're on-site by nature. Some software/AI & ML roles may allow a hybrid arrangement — this is confirmed per role.

How long does the hiring process take?

Typically one to two weeks from application to offer, including the trial task — we keep it short on purpose.

Can I apply even if there's no listed opening?

Yes — send your resume through the form below. We keep it on file and reach out when a matching role opens.

Don't See the Right Role Yet?

Send your resume and a line about what you'd want to work on — robotics, IoT, AI & ML, embedded systems, or the training side of the business. We'll reach out when something fits.
