These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the zentroniq.in website and any engagement with Zentroniq, operated by Quadratech Innovations and Technologies Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or booking any of our labs, internships, services, products, or event experiences, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. About Zentroniq

Zentroniq is an EdTech & Technology Solutions company. We offer:

• Labs: Innovation, Robotics, Drone, IoT, and AI & ML lab design, installation, and training for schools and colleges
• Internship Booking: School, College, Industrial, and Customized internship tracks
• Services: Workshops, Training Programs, Product Development, and Consultancy
• Shop: Robotics, IoT, and maker hardware, available on enquiry
• Events & Experiences: Robotics, drone, and immersive-tech showcases and rentals for schools, colleges, and events

3. Enquiries & Bookings

This website does not process online payments or checkouts. Every engagement — a lab installation, an internship batch, a workshop, a product order, or an event booking — starts as an enquiry made through our contact form, WhatsApp, phone, or email. We confirm scope, pricing, and scheduling directly with you before any engagement is considered booked.

4. Pricing & Payment

• Pricing is shared on enquiry and confirmed in a quotation, invoice, or booking confirmation before work begins
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice until confirmed in writing for a specific engagement
• Payment methods and schedules (including any advance payment) are agreed directly with you at the time of booking

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

6. Internship & Training Program Terms

• Eligibility (grade level, year of study, or prior experience required) varies by track and is stated on the relevant Internship Booking or Services page
• Session dates and timings are communicated once a batch is confirmed; we reserve the right to reschedule sessions with prior notice
• Certificates of completion are issued to participants who meet the attendance and project requirements communicated for that batch

7. Shop Orders

Products listed in the Shop are catalog items — final pricing, stock availability, and delivery timelines are confirmed with you individually before any order is placed. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or component suppliers.

8. Events & Rentals

Robot and experience rentals for events are subject to equipment availability on the requested date, which we confirm at the time of booking. Setup, handling, and safety requirements for each experience will be communicated ahead of the event.

9. Code of Conduct

Participants and visitors engaging with our labs, programs, or events are expected to:

• Maintain professional and respectful behavior toward our team and other participants
• Follow the safety instructions given for any lab, workshop, or live demonstration
• Not share proprietary program materials, curriculum, or source code with non-participants
• Submit original work for any projects or assignments

10. Intellectual Property

All course materials, curriculum, presentations, product designs, and website content provided by Zentroniq are the intellectual property of Quadratech Innovations and Technologies Pvt Ltd. Unauthorized distribution or reproduction is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your engagement with us. Our total liability for any single engagement shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific engagement.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to end participation of, or decline to serve, any individual or organization that:

• Violates the code of conduct
• Engages in disruptive or unsafe behavior, particularly around lab equipment or event hardware
• Provides false information during an enquiry or booking

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of this website or continued engagement with us after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kerala, India.
